At Stone Vault Industries, we are committed to delivering quality products. If your item is not as expected, we are here to assist you.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original packaging, with all tags included

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
All returns will undergo a quality inspection. We reserve the right to reject returns if the item is damaged, used, or not in its original condition.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@stonevault.industries with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval. A valid tracking number must be provided. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Custom products, such as made-to-order or personalized items, are also non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
We do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or perishable goods.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. All items must meet our return eligibility standards and be approved before an exchange can be processed.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed and may vary based on current stock.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
Return Shipping and Import Duties
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For international returns, packages must be clearly labeled as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. Any import duties or fees resulting from incorrect labeling will not be covered by us and may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
