SHIPPING POLICY

Regular Orders
All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Preorders
Preordered items are crafted on a made-to-order basis. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Preorders do not have guaranteed delivery dates.

  • Shipping timelines are announced via our official Instagram: @StoneVault.industries.

  • Orders will be shipped when ready, based on production progress and our discretion.

We do not respond to order status inquiries regarding preorders until public updates are made or shipping has commenced.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Stone Vault Industries is not responsible for delays due to customs or import taxes.

Tracking
All shipments include tracking numbers. Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer liable for its loss or theft. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim in such cases.
